Block Prints

I created a patriots sign by drawing it on a 5 by 7 piece of lynoleum then carving it out with 3 differerent sizes of carving tools. I Printed it many times on different colors of paper just to get the perfect 7. After i found those perfect 7 I put 6 of them on one large piece of paper to make a collage, and the final one was just a single print that i had to turn in.

Book Pages

These are 4 differet book pages that i selected certain words that stood out to me circled them and then drew something that made me think of it. These were all taken out of books that were given to my art class by our library. Some were from the  book Lord of the Flies. The one that are more enlarged are put onto another piece of paper  to make it more sturdy.

2 Point Perspective House

This is just a city of 2 point perspective drawn on an 18 by 24 piece of papwer and i drew it origionally with pencils. then i used a monochrome of black and added black and white to that color  but mainly white. In the end i created one source of light in the corner of the paper.

One Point Perspective Room

This drawing was done in a 2h and 2b pencil on an 18 by 24 paper. I drew this a dream room for me. It has a ton of contrast and and as much value as i could add. The texture can only be seen on the actual drawing . The is one main light source and the shading is done according to that light source. The drawing is balanced on all sides, and i think it turned out pretty good.

In this drawing we use a skateboard deck to trace a size of the top. Then after drawing on it i cut the edges to make it look more like a skateboard. This drawing was done in pencil and then gone over in sharpie and marker. The markers were double sided with one fat side and one thin side. My goal was to use only three colors and make it abstract.

Kelly Kelly Portrait #2

This drawing was drawn with a 2h and 2b drawing pencil on an 18 by 24 paper. This portrait is up a WWE diva named Kelly Kelly. It has no space around the drawing and has some value in it. There is some texture on the actual dawing but it is difficult to see it on the pcture. It also has much value and very little contrast.

Kobe Bryant Portrait

This portrait was draw in a 2b and 2h pencil, on an 18 by 24 paper. This is a portrait of a basketball superstar named Kobe Bryant. I tried to not have any white space around my portrait an i believe that i succeded. I added as much value to this drawing, and tried to balance it too.
